•    Overlooked and collaborated with teams across the various entities: VRO, MOH, and the transformed regions.

•    Conducted assessments for VRO employees and developed an internal culture change plan.

•    Overlooked internal communications and event planning.

•    Collaborated and engaged with MOH transformation key stakeholders and opened new channels for engagement and communication.

•    Conducted an assessment and analysis of transformation readiness with regionally transformed entities and identified the main culture change key findings through qualitative and quantitative tactics.

  • Co–Chairman of the Change Management Oversight Committee. Worked with McKinsey consulting firm to conduct the OHI (organizational health index) survey to assess the overall organizational culture.

  • Assessed the organization both qualitative and quantitative and captured transformation gaps, communication gaps, and cultural gaps.

  • Conducted workshops to present assessment findings and engage staff for buy-in and alignment.

  • Developed an overall strategy for change management and communications for the transformation, which included 25 organization-wide initiatives.

  • Led, managed, and overlooked the daily operations of five critical sections within the hospital with over 160 employees.

  • Created a culture of innovation amongst staff, which resulted in 11 performance improvement projects in one year and received several awards under Performance Management through the Quality Department.

  • Managed patient complaints related to patient experience and considered recommendations for operational improvement.

  • Established the Volunteer Office for the organization, in both Riyadh and Jeddah, in collaboration with AlFaisal University and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the first official volunteer office in healthcare industry.

  • Assisted in overlooking four critical departments in the hospital: Registration Appointments & Admissions, Case Management, Medical Records and Social Services.

  • Developed the strategy for patient experience improvement for each department.

  • Worked with each department to enhance and develop operations and created initiatives to increase employee engagement and motivation. As well as coach and mentor employees when needed.

  • Developed a training program for Patient Experience and conducted the training with over 400+ employees.

  • Founded the patient education program in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, which provided public education to school-age cancer patients and expanded the project to the Jeddah branch.

  • Developed a training program to be conducted with 7000 employees on the topic of Patient Experience.

  • Led and managed two programs at the society. One focused on creating leadership development programs for high school students coming from low-income families. The other focused on providing university scholarship opportunities for high school graduates.

  • Collaborated with universities, ministries, and business owners in support of both projects.

  • Applied and won the bid of full sponsorship for the programs through the Ministry of labor, equating to 3.6 million SR.
